Revision recordings
Missed a class or want to revise before an interview? Every session is recorded. Paid students get the recordings of their batch for revision at no extra charge, for one year from the date their fee is paid in full.

Guidance on C_THR81 (EC Core & Position Management) and C_THR94 (Time Management), plus a JavitaTech Certificate of Completion.
Interview prep & resume guidance

What you will learn, week by week
Employee Central end to end in the first six weeks, then a complete Time Off deep dive, then the real-time skills employers ask for. Checked against the current SAP releases. A week here is five 1-hour classes (Mon–Fri); with fewer classes a week — for example a weekend batch — the same plan takes longer.

Refund policy, in short
After enrollment, 15% of the total fee is non-refundable if you withdraw. Withdraw before paid classes begin and the rest is refunded. Once paid classes begin, refund requests are accepted within 2 days of your first paid session and processed within 15 business days. Do I need an HR or SAP background?
No. Week 1 starts from zero and explains every concept in plain words before it is shown live in the system. Freshers, HR professionals and consultants from other SAP modules all sit in the same batch.
When does the next batch start?

When a batch is confirmed, its first three live sessions are free demos, and the joining details are sent to the people who registered. Hands-on practice needs access to an SAP SuccessFactors instance. Practice-system requirements and access arrangements will be confirmed before paid enrolment. Every topic is shown live in the system by your mentor.
What are the timings and duration?
45 live sessions of one hour each (45 hours). With five classes a week (Mon–Fri) that is about 9 weeks; a weekend batch has fewer classes a week and takes longer, so weekday and weekend batches finish on different dates. The mentor, dates and timing are confirmed when a batch is matched with learners. Every session is recorded. Paid students get the recordings of their batch for revision at no extra charge, for one year from the date their fee is paid in full.
What is the fee and how do I pay?
Fee to be confirmed. We will share the fee and payment terms before enrolment. The full fee is paid after the free demo, before your first paid session; this course has no 50% option. Payment is by secure link, UPI, card or net-banking.
What is the refund policy?
When a batch is confirmed, its first three sessions are free demos. After enrollment, 15% of the total fee is non-refundable if you withdraw. If you withdraw before paid classes begin, the rest is refunded. Once paid classes begin, refund requests are accepted within 2 days of your first paid session and approved refunds are processed within 15 business days. Does the course cover SAP certification?
The course is built around hands-on project skills first. It covers what the C_THR81 (Employee Central Core and Position Management) and C_THR94 (Time Management – Time Off half) exams test, and your mentor guides you on booking and preparing for the exam. SAP certification is optional and its exam fee is paid to SAP separately.
Do you provide placement support?
You get interview preparation, resume guidance, scenario-based interview questions and a JavitaTech Certificate of Completion. Placement referral is separate and optional: register on our placement page, and when a company shares a suitable requirement, we contact you and share your profile only if you agree to that role. There is no job or placement guarantee.
I am outside India. Can I join?
Yes. Everything is live online on Zoom in IST, so you can join from anywhere. Tell us your time zone and the times that suit you when you register your interest. Every session is recorded, and paid students can watch the recordings in their own time zone. Academic questions are answered live in the sessions.
